Approach

As a couple and family therapist, I view our emotional and mental health in the context of our relationships and environment. My role is to help you shift your relationships from stressed and contentious to enjoyable and satisfying. Together we can uncover your strengths and heal the places that are holding you back. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that I am a resource to help you reach your goals.
